I haven’t been to the gym in many years because it’s just not my thing. In this regard I’m more like Rocky (the movie) where Stallone was doing his training by running up and down stairs and so forth.

Back when I was on Gran Canary Island, I was walking every day at least 3-5 km and had to go up and down long flights of stairs constantly … in 30+ degrees celsius. Then swimming 30 minutes in the Atlantic Ocian and that got me fit af.

When I don’t have that option, I do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) indoors. These are my videos
